DARCQ

Defense Aligned Research Company

We develop geometry-first systems that fail closed under stress.

Our work focuses on computation, communication, and control where denial is preferable to compromise 🛡️

WHAT WE DO

DARCQ investigates how geometric constraint, not software policy, determines whether information survives.

Through hardware-constrained execution and live stress testing, we study:

• Collapse behavior under noise

• Irreversibility under observation

• Fail-closed communication primitives

• Geometry-driven limits of recovery

This work is empirical, repeatable, and grounded in real backend behavior

GOAT COMMS

Geometry-Based Fail-Closed Communication 🐐

GOAT COMMS is an emergent communication system derived from empirical results.

It explores communication where:

• Information exists only while geometry permits it

• Observation accelerates failure rather than extraction

• Collapse erases rather than degrades

• Attacks result in silence, not leakage

GOAT COMMS is not encryption.

It is denial by construction.

Public access is limited.

GOAT SHIELD integration is in active development 🐐

GROUNDING:

Our conclusions are based on:

• Multiple independent execution runs

• Commercial quantum and classical backends

• Consistent collapse signatures

• Non-recoverable post-event states

We do not claim security.

We demonstrate failure modes

COLLABORATION:

We engage in:

• Defense and national security research

• Controlled technical review

• Applied theory validation

• Early-stage partnership discussions
